– Domestic Shipping (Nigeria): We offer nationwide delivery across all regions of Nigeria.

– International Shipping: We currently ship to selected countries, including Ghana, Cameroon, Benin, Liberia, and others within West Africa.

We offer the following shipping methods based on your location:

– Express Shipping (Nigeria):

  – Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.

  – Cost: From ₦2,500 to ₦5,000 (depending on your State, City, and locality).

– Standard Shipping (Nigeria):

  – Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.

   – Cost: From ₦1,500 to ₦5,000 (depending on your State, City, and locality or Free Shipping on orders

    over ₦199,999 Terms & Conditions apply).

– International Shipping (West Africa):

  – Delivery Time: 14 to 28 business days.

  – Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the package.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs or clearance delays for international shipments.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If your order is placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends, it will be processed the next business day.

During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email will contain the shipping carrier and a contact number that you can use to track your package.

– P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

– Restricted Items: Due to shipping regulations, some items (such as aerosols or flammable products) may be restricted for international shipping. We will notify you at checkout if any items in your cart are not eligible for delivery to your location.

– Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the customs office in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any fees that may apply before placing an order.

– Customs Clearance: In some cases, customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your package. Unfortunately, C&C Ferdinands is not responsible for such delays and cannot expedite the clearance process.

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Any additional shipping costs associated with resending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

– Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and update you on its status.

– Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that has been visibly damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. Retain the original packaging and provide photos of the damage for our records. We will assist you in processing a claim with the shipping carrier or arrange for a replacement.

Once an order has been placed, you may request a change to your delivery address within 12-24 hours by contacting our customer service team. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays). If your order is delayed, our team will keep you informed and provide updates on its status. Please note that C&C Ferdinands is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
