RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At C&C Ferdinands, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to offering high-quality beauty and personal care products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps involved in returning products or seeking a refund.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
– Damaged Products: If the product is received in a damaged condition (e.g., broken, leaking, or tampered packaging).
– Incorrect Products: If you received a different item than what you ordered.
– Defective Products: If the product has manufacturing defects or visible quality issues.
Please note:
– Cosmetic and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
– Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any eligible product. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, or free gifts (if applicable).
– Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
– Products that have been tampered with, partially used, or have missing parts due to customer handling will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at return-refund@ccferdinands.com, or +234 (0) 906 091 0975 within the return window, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
- Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly mention the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product back to us at the address below:

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
– Full Refunds: Issued for returned products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, and where the customer followed the return process.
– Partial Refunds: Issued for items returned that show minor signs of use, missing packaging, or incomplete documentation.
– Non-refundable Items: Products returned without prior authorization or outside the return window, or any items that do not meet the eligibility criteria for return.

If you haven’t received your refund after the stipulated processing time:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

– Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products.
– Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
– Items purchased during clearance sales, except in cases of damage or defects.
International Returns
For international orders, the return process may vary. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all international returns unless the product was damaged or defective. Please contact us for further details regarding international returns.
